Tree Cakes are made using old European cooking traditions, recipes and are made of the highest quality flour, sugar, butter, sour cream and eggs. Our production does not use any flavour and aroma enhancers. Tree Cakes are one of the most important desserts in German, Polish, Lithuanian celebrations, especially at weddings or other special occasions such as Christmas, New Year and Birthday parties, also it popular in Austria, France and Japan.
Currently we are making Baumkuchen, Sakotis (Šakotis), Sekacz (Sękacz), Prugeltorte(Prügeltorte) type of Tree Cakes.
